Small Steps On Our Journey

Hydrating In The Dry Winter Weather
I have a constant problem with dry, itchy hands. The winters here in Phoenix are so terribly dry, and along with washing my hands a million times a day, my poor hands suffer horribly. Of course, I’m always looking for a new, natural option for these poor mits, and I have found something lovely.

Elite Therapeutics has a creme that was originally developed for patients undergoing chemo and having skin reactions. It worked so well, the developers decided to share it with everyone else. I wasn’t sure about it – how could a cream not just moisturize but heal as well? – but with all these natural ingredients (honey, grapefruit, acai) it certainly was worth a shot.

When I applied the Elite Creme for the first time, I had a crack in my knuckle from my dry skin – it was irritable and painful. I used the creme once, before bed, and the next morning the cut wasn’t just a little better – it was nearly gone! My skin (being 30) doesn’t heal as fast as it used to, and I was amazed that it healed up so quickly. The following day, after only one more application, the cut was completely gone! Now, was it the Elite Creme? I can’t say for sure, but it sure seemed to heal fast after I started using it. I also haven’t had additional cracking/bleeding like I normally do during this time of year.

I love that this creme is light and easy to apply, and doesn’t leave my hands feeling greasy or sticky. The creme lasts for a long time, and I love it! I also was able to test their shampoo and conditioner, both of which were positively awesome.
